About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of gogolinda.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Gogolinda (“Gogolinda,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy also apply where relevant and form part of your agreement with us.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the Site with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Information you give us must be accurate, current and complete. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Product information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and small variations may occur between the product shown and the item received.
Product details, sizes, materials and care information are shown on the relevant product page. Availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products under these Terms. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not prevent us from reviewing availability, payment or order details.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:
- A product is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be authorized.
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.
- There is a clear pricing, description or technical error.
- We cannot deliver to the address provided.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will notify you and issue a refund to the original payment method.
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown at checkout. Available payment methods are presented during checkout, and payment must be authorized before an order can be completed.
Shipping charges and other applicable order costs are displayed or explained before you submit the order. Shipping, customs and delivery information is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
If an obvious pricing or checkout error occurs, we may correct the error and contact you before fulfilling the order, or cancel and refund the affected order.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping availability, charges, processing times, delivery estimates, tracking and any customs information are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays may occur for reasons outside our reasonable control.

Returns, exchanges and refunds
Return and exchange eligibility, request periods, item conditions, costs and refund processing are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.
Contact us before sending anything back so that we can confirm the correct return instructions and address.

Promotions
Discount codes, offers and promotions may be subject to separate conditions, including dates, eligible products or minimum order values. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied after an order has been placed.
We may correct or withdraw a promotion where it contains a clear error, has expired or is being misused, subject to applicable law.

The Site and its content—including the Gogolinda name, product designs, artwork, photographs, text, graphics and page design—are owned by or licensed to Gogolinda and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party services and links
We rely on third parties such as Shopify, payment providers and delivery partners to operate the Site and complete orders. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
The Site may also contain links to websites we do not control. A link does not mean that Gogolinda endorses that website, and we are not responsible for its content, availability or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We take reasonable care in operating the Site, but we cannot promise that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from every harmful component. The Site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gogolinda is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was placed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. These Terms do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be limited or excluded under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it directly.

The version in effect when you place an order will continue to apply to that order, unless a change is required by law.
